General Information

Game cancellations

Pennant Hills Netball may cancel games 5 minutes prior to starting the match, so assume the games are on until informed otherwise.

Borrowing Players

Please note, a player can only play up twice in the season. You are only allowed to have 2 fill in players per game.

Parents, players and managers please keep a record of who you have borrowed and which teams you have played for throughout the season.

Registration

All players must be registered for 2012 online. Do not wait for the registration days to register online, it would be appreciated if this is done earlier to save time.

Four Easy Steps for the complete Netball Registration process:

Register Online at ner.org.au with last years login or as a New User. (User ID's from last season are valid and can be used again this season - just update your details particularly e-mail address to receive important club updates and information). If you have forgotten your User ID or it doesn't seem to be working - email Helen Stibbs at Helen.Stibbs@gmail.com with details or just create a new user.
Pay online or EFT in advance or pay by cash or cheque in person on the day.
Print Netball Consent/Registration Form for 2012 (click on link here) and complete it in advance.
Hand in the completed Netball Consent/Registration form and payment (if cash or cheque) on Registration Day on February 4-5, 2012 from 10am until 2pm at North Epping Bowling Club, Boundary Road, North Epping.

Note annual fees for 2012 are $175 for 10-15 year old age group, $150 for 8-9 and $200 for cadets and seniors.

Netball Consent/Registration Form for 2012 (required in addition to the online registration).

For family rebates (3 players or more) – please see one of the Committee members on registration day to receive your rebate.

Grading for Under 11 to 14 age groups will be held on Saturday 11th February as follows:

Under 12 (born in year 2000) 1-2.30pm

Under 11 (born in 2001) and under 13 (born in 1999) 2.30-4pm

Under 14 (born 1998) 4-5pm

If you cannot attend grading, please let Barbara know before the day (email address at bottom of page).

Important Conditions

Players will not be registered in 2012 with HDNA or ERNA if payment has not been received by NER (except where special prior arrangements have been made with the President or Treasurer).
No player may participate in any competition until registration is complete.
Registrations will be accepted after scheduled club attendance day(s) at the discretion of the Secretary and will be subject to the increased fee schedule after 14 February. Due to constraints with Sports Associations it may not be possible in all cases to complete registration after the expiry of the scheduled club attendance day(s).
